Our traditional, custom-built sauna seats 20+ and brings a deep, steady heat that helps your body unwind and your mind slow down. Stay a few minutes or settle in longer – there’s no timer on your experience.

When you’re ready, step into one of our four cold plunges, ranging from the 50s down into the 30s. Choose what feels right for you. The cold wakes you up, clears your head, and leaves you feeling fully here.

Between rounds, rinse off under our outdoor showers, surrounded by nature – feet on the earth, sky overhead.
