Our Thai Yoga Bodywork sessions are an excellent way to treat your mind and body to deep relaxation. This practice combines yoga and massage therapy together to bring more mobility into your body. Your therapist will use gentle movement, pressure points, and stretching to open the energy channels in your body.

Mari will pair this bodywork with a sound bath meditation during her 2 hour sessions.

Abhyanga massage, deeply rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, involves the skillful application of warm herbal oils using specific, repeated strokes. These purposeful movements penetrate deeply into the body’s cells and extend to the energy channels known as ‘strotas.’ This therapeutic practice is designed to expel toxins at the physical, mental, and spiritual levels.
