LOCATION & PARKING

We are a home based business. The residential location means we do not have big sign outside and can be easy to miss!

Our facilities have a separate private entrance in the back (on Upland Way). There is plenty of parking in the grass along Upland Way which wraps around onto Wynnewood (in front of the yellow house) if need be. Please do not park in any of the neighbors yards. If you need any assistance locating us, please give us a call. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Pura Vida requires 24 hours advance notice when canceling an appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation and/or instances of no-shows will result in a forfeiture of the full value of the booking. We do allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrival, after which time the appointment will be classified as a no-show. If you re-schedule your massage within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a re-booking fee of $20.

CLEANLINESS

All guests are required to arrive clean. After sweating in our sauna, you are required to rinse off thoroughly before entering our cold plunges.
